The Joint Monitoring Committee of the Karelia ENPI CBC Programme decided of the launching of the programme on its meeting at Helsinki on 15th December.

The first Call for Proposals will be opened on February 1st 2010. The theme of the call is Cross-border solutions for sustainable spatial, economic and environmental development.  The call will be restricted - concept notes should be submitted to the Managing Authority within 45 days of the opening of the first phase of the call.
