Mr Dmitry Bazegsky has been selected as the project officer of the branch office that is to be established to Petrozavodsk. Mr Bazegsky has previously been working for example for the Russian embassy in Finland and for the Ministry of the economic development of the Republic of Karelia. He has gratuated from the Petrozavodsk State University. 

When working for the Karelia ENPI CBC Programme Mr Bazegsky will be responsible for the informative activities in Russia. He will also assist the Joint Managing Authority in other tasks, such as contracting of the projects.
