Mainostoimistopalveluiden kilpailutus

Suomessa toteutettavat ENPI CBC -ohjelmat/Pohjois-Pohjanmaan liitto pyytää tarjoustanne graafiseen suunnitteluun ja muihin mainostoimistopalveluihin tarjouspyynnössä kuvatulla tavalla.

Pyydämme toimittamaan tarjoukset 5.4.2013 klo 15 mennessä.


Tarjouspyyntöön liittyviä kysymyksiä:


1. Sisältyykö Internet-sivustojen visuaalisen ilmeen suunnitteluun  WordPress alustalle
myös tekninen toteutus (koodaus) ?

Tekninen toteutus ei sisälly tarjouspyyntöön.

2. Mikä on yhteisen ja erillisten (1+3) Internet-sivustojen laajuus  (sivumäärä ja/tai
sivuston rakenne) ?

Sivuston laajuus täsmentyy myöhemmin, mutta todennäköisesti ohjelmien sivut ovat kooltaan
samaa luokkaa kuin nykyisinkin eli tällä hetkellä meillä on etusivun lisäksi yhdeksän
alasivua ja osalla näistä edelleen alasivuja (ja tämä siis kertaa kolme). Yhteinen
sivusto on suppeampi.

Suunnittelun näkökulmasta sivujen määrää oleellisempaa on se, että rakenteeltaan
toisistaan poikkeavat vain etusivu ja sisältösivut. Eli sisältösivut ovat pohjaltaan
samanlaisia (esimerkiksi navigointipalkkien värit, yksittäiset kuvat jne. voivat
muuttua), jolloin suunnnittelun näkökulmasta ei pitäisi olla väliä toteutetaanko niitä
käytännössä yksi vai 50.

3. Tehdäänkö graafinen ohjeistus pelkästään tuohon ensimmäiseen tehtävään (logo, värit ja typografia), vai tehdäänkö se myös internet-sivuston- ja lomakkeisto tehtäviin?

Graafinen ohjeistus kattaa myös internet-sivuston ja lomakkeiston.

Large Scale Projects in progress

The selection process of the last three call for proposals has been finalized

Selection process of the call for proposals “Cultural cooperation”, “Wellbeing” and “Natural resources” has been finalized. Applicants will be informed of the results of their proposal. The contracting with the awarded Lead partners has begun. The contract negotiations are expected to be finalized by February 2013.  The information of the funded projects is published after the grant contracts have been signed. The information is published on project pages.

First projects from Forest and Energy call launched

First three projects from the Forest and Energy call have been launched.

The Joint Selection Committee chosed in June altogether 10 projects for implementation. Total cost of all the projects is 7,0 million Euros. All the projects are expected to be launched durinf October and November 2012.

Project events relating to the European Cooperation Day

The European Cooperation Day will celebrated all over Europe and the neighbouring countries on 21st September. Also the Karelia ENPI CBC projects are participating:


Pikes Ltd, Keti Ltd and Karelia Expert tourist service and Sortavala tourism info center are opening the doors of Karelia – competitive tourism resort with collaborative platform –project for public in Nurmes and Lieksa, Finland.

  • Lieksa Tuesday 18th of September, 5-7 p.m., restaurant Hurtanholvi, Simo Hurtan katu 11

On Tuesday 18th September there will be an open presentation of the international project for all interested at the Central City library of Petrozavodsk.

Three ENPI-projects, Cities by the Water, Old City and White Road, will be presented.

 On Friday September 21st Matka.ru project  will organize a presentation of the project for authorities, NGOs and mass media. The event will start at 12.00 in the RK Ministry of education in Petrozavods.

The last three calls for proposals closed

The last three calls for proposals were close on Monday 27th August. Altogether 51 grant applications were submitted for the calls concentrating on culture, wellbeing and natural resources. In total 20,6 million Euros were requested in the applications.

The aim of the call for proposal focusing on culture is to strengthen cultural cross-border cooperation and to create new viewpoints to the cultural cooperation. The overall objective of the call on social wellbeing is to find innovative and effective cross-border activities creating and increasing wellbeing of the population of the programme region. The objective of the call concentrating on natural resources is to trough cross-border cooperation develop and support the sustainable use of heavy metals, land, animals and fish, maintain biodiversity and support sustainable recreational use of nature.

The decisions on the applications will be made in November 2012 and the lists of the funded projects will be published after the grant contracts have been signed. In total 9,6 million Euros will be available for the three calls.

21st September is European Cooperation Day

On 21st September, European Cooperation and bridge-building between local communities across borders  will be celebrated all over Europe and in the neighbouring countries. Public events will take place during the week of 17-23 September all over Europe. 

Karelia ENPI CBC programme will participate to the day by encouraging its projects to open their doors to the public or to otherwise make their project visible. More information about the projects' events will be published in September.

The programme itself will have a stand together with other ENPI programmes at International Innovation Forum at St Petersburg on the following week.

The Concept notes of the 4th and 5th Call evaluated

The Joint Selection Committee evaluated the concept notes in its meeting during 29-31st May.  A concept note needed a minimum of 12 relevance points out of the maximum 15 and a minimum total score of 30 out of the maximum 50 in order to be invited to submit a grant application.  From the call “Cultural cooperation” 21 concept notes and from the call “Social wellbeing” 12 concept notes passed the evaluation and are invited to submit a grant application.

Information concerning the results of the evaluation and results of the administrative check has been sent to the contact persons of the projects by official letter and also by e-mail during 6th- 7th June 2012.

The grant applications are submitted to the JMA on 27th August at 3 pm. the latest. The Joint Monitoring Committee will confirm the project selection according to the initial timetable in November 2012.

Tenders asked for the performance of second level controls

Karelia and Kolarctic ENPI CBC Programme requests tenders for the performance of second level controls during years 2012-2015 with regard to the projects accepted into the programme.

Funding available for sustainable use of natural resources

The call for proposals concentrating on sustainable use of natural resources was opened on 2nd April and will be closed on 27th August 2012.

The main objective of the call is to strengthen the sustainable use of the natural resources with cross-border cooperation. The specific objectives are to develop and support the sustainable use of heavy metals, land, animals and fish, maintain biodiversity and to support sustainable recreational use of nature trough cross-border cooperation.

The call is open: the grant application with all its annexes is submitted within the deadline of the call to the Joint Managing Authority. Funding is applied using the EMOS system.

The overall indicative amount made available under this call is EUR 3 000 000. Minimum amount of the grant is EUR 50 000. No grant may exceed 90 % of the total eligible cost of the action.

It is important to make oneself familiar with the applicant's package before drafting and submitting the application.
